I wear many hats as a mom of 3 and photography business owner, but medical mom is my most complex role. Being an advocate for our young son has helped me grow in ways I didn’t know I could. Joining the SBAWS board was a no-brainer in my opinion. I love to write, have a passion for educating, and enjoy learning new things. I will never forget our diagnosis day and not understanding anything about Spina Bifida so I intend to help make the load a little lighter for new parents who walk this path.
